What is a Custom Uniform?

An Exclusive design created for you, with your sponsors colours and logos

What is the minimum order?

15 units per reference

What is the cost for custom uniforms?

You may contact us by phone: (905)509-0798 or Email: info@suarezcanada.com and please specify the quantity of uniform that you would wish to purchase along with the total number of colours, as well as the type of garments.

What are the first steps when ordering?

1. Approve the quotation with negotiated conditions that have been sent by forwarding us via fax: (905)509-2138 or via email:  info@suarezcanada.com, specifying the quotation number.
2. A 50% deposit is required from the total quotation.

What information does Suarez require?

If your uniform has your sponsor's logos:

You should send us a file with the logos in PC or MAC platform, format Corel 10, Corel 11, Adobe Illustrator or JPG.

With your sponsors logos our Creative Department will develop different designs for you, so that you may select the most desirable one.

If your uniform does not include logos:

Our Creative Department will develop different design proposals for you according to the colours that you have chosen.

How long will it take for design proposals to be created?

4-6 days, depending on the complexity of the design.

What is necessary to approve the design proposals?

The design proposal that you select should be forwarded via Fax or Email, properly signed and approved.

If you consider the proposal can be improved, we will make the necessary adjustments.

If you do not like any of the proposals, our creative department will develop another proposal so that you are satisfied.

Is there are difference in the colours the way that they are shown on the screen, to the way that they appear on the finished garment?

The colours presented in the design proposal sent via Email are differently visualized on the computer screen, (RGB colours), in the printed proposal (CMYK Colours) and in the physical garment.

May I choose the Colours that I want?

Suarez has a range of Pantone colours in so that you may choose according to your requirements. If you need a different colour to those offered, you will have an additional charge for the development of each requested colour.

How long will it take to receive the Uniforms?

The order usually takes 30 Business days from the final approval date. If Suarez cannot meet this deadline you will be notified well ahead of time.

When should I deposit the remaining 50% of the final quotation?

One of our representatives will contact you to inform that your uniforms are ready for delivery, and the reaming 50% will have to be deposited at that time.
